WANT TO RETURN?

We hope you loved your purchase, but if things weren’t quite right for you, here’s how to return as well as our Returns Policy

  • You have 30 days to return or exchange your items - it is not required that the item arrived at our warehouse within this timeframe, as long as you can provide proof that the item was shipped back before the deadline, your return will be accepted

  • All items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and labels attached

  • There should be no marks, stains, pulls or rips on the items - all orders are quality checked on arrival to the warehouse as well as during our packing process before shipping to our customers address

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact info@reformunderwear.com

  • Refunds are based on the price paid for the product - refunds to not include postage fees paid

  • Shipping and e-Gift Cards charges are non-refundable.

  • Please retain tracked proof of postage for your return

  • RE:FORM underwear is not liable for lost returns without proof of postage. Please note that only a physical or digital receipt that states proof of postage information can be accepted
